What's included in the price?

Our prices include all taxes and Airport fees (Parking). If you book an airport pick-up, prices also include a Meet and greet.

What to do if you have a lost luggage?

Please call us immediately. You can find our phone number on your confirmation email.

How will I find my driver at the Airport?

After collecting your luggage please proceed through the doors to the arrival hall or to the meeting point specified on your email. Our driver or representative will be waiting for you with a sign showing the lead passenger's name.

What if my flight is delayed?

We monitor the arrival times of flights, catamaran, and cruises in case of delays. Please contact us using the number or email address provided on your booking voucher to inform us of any delay. Whenever possible,we will do everything possible to reschedule the transfer according to your new arrival time.

How long the driver waiting time?

Our driver will wait for you 1(one) hour after your plane has landed.

I cannot find my driver? What should I do?

In case you don't find the driver please call us immediately. You can find our phone number on your confirmation email. If you organize alternative transport without communicating it to us we will be released from our obligation to provide the service and no amount will be refunded.
